About the Program

I created this program for every business owner who feels they are on their own and needs some support. I’ve been working with business owners, just like you, for the past 7 years in my own business. My clients tell me how much they value my tips, tools and advice to help them create the business they really want.

I am focused on helping you get clear on who you are, why you do what you do, what you do and how. We’ll work on creating a business you actually enjoy and attract clients you’ll love working with. After all, its your business, so why not create it the way you want it – not how you’re told you ‘should’!

Program Outline

The Business Mentoring Program is run over 12 weeks and you can start at any time. We’ll work together to cover:

Week 1 – Getting to know you. We’ll start with a 2 hour meeting/call/skype session where I’ll ask you a series of questions to get real clarity on who you are, why you do what you do, what you do and how you do it. You’ll get a detailed workbook to work through and  will enjoy a renewed enthusiasm for your business. You’ll also get a full marketing planning spreadsheet template to put together the perfect plan for you.

Week 2 – Your goals and how to achieve them. We’ll look at what you want to achieve over the next 3 months and work on some practical goal setting. We’ll go through your plan and assign actions, priorities, deadlines and responsibilities so you’ll be able to implement what is needed with ease.

Week 3 – Your marketing and your authentic message. We’ll have a look at where you’re at with your marketing now and what we can improve on. Find out what marketing will work best for you to maximise your return. Key to this is making sure you have the right message – that you’re using the right words to attract your ideal clients.

Week 4 – Your Products/Services. We’ll have a look at what you’re offering, review what you have now and look at ways we can best utilise your time and talents. We’ll look at potential new products or services you could offer and how to grow your revenue.

Week 5 – Your Value. We’ll review your pricing model and how you can better communicate the value you bring to your clients. This includes payment terms, contracts, offers, guarantees, cash flow and how you can set it up to work for you.

Week 6 – Your Time. We’ll design your perfect business model based on the hours you want to work – which may not be what you’re working now! We’ll investigate ways to optimise your time, make things easier, streamline, systemise and reduce your admin time so you can focus on high value work and do the things you love doing.

Week 7 – Your Resources. What do you need to make it all happen? We’ll look at hardware, software, apps, systems and tools to help you do what you need to do – with ease.

Week 8 – Your Support team. We’ll look at who you need to have on your team and who can best help you to achieve your goals. We’ll explore delegating, outsourcing, joint ventures and referral relationships. We’ll also look at your professional team of accountant, financial planner, business coach, marketing consultant, bookkeeper, etc

Week 9 – Your momentum. We’ll look at ways to keep your motivation high and on track to achieve your goals. We’ll assess how you’re tracking so far and the areas you need to work on to take it down the home straight!

Week 10 – Your Barriers. We’ll look at what’s standing in your way and how to blast it out of existence! There will be things that come up that will hamper your progress – that’s life – we will work through techniques, tips and tools to help you overcome these with ease or better still, prevent them from happening as much as possible!

Week 11 – Your Future Proof Plan. The business environment is changing at such a rapid rate who knows what it will look like in 3-5 years time? We’ll look at ways you can remain relevant and flexible to the constant changes happening in the marketplace. You need to be able to innovate and adapt to changes with ease. We’ll look at how this applies to you and what you can do.

Week 12 – Your Plan for the year ahead. Each new year is a great opportunity to have a new look business to help you achieve your life goals. We’ll set up a plan for the year ahead so you’ll hit the ground running (and smiling).

Your investment

Your investment for the 12 week program is just $3950. Ad hoc mentoring sessions are $220 per hour.
